This first floor apartment - has fantastic direct river and Harbour views is one of a complex located within the Padstow harbour landmark Red Brick Building (Grade II listed) centrally located in the vibrant Padstow quay. A modern and well equipped Holiday apartment.

No.2 is situated at First floor level and access is via stairs - just 14 steps to the front door!

Door into hallway

Open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen which enjoys lots of natural light with French doors opening to the balcony which offers the most stunning views across the estuary and Harbour, perfect for al fresco drinks while the sun goes down.

Lounge area - fantastic views from lounge windows overlooking Padstow Harbour and Estuary towards Rock. Two comfortable sofas, TV, Blu-ray player and occasional furniture with lamps.

Dining area - dining table and chairs sideboard with lamps.

Balcony - leading from the French doors in the dining area. Perfect to sit and take in the views and the sea air!

Modern Kitchen - window over sink with views to Padstow harbour. Fully equipped with all the mod cons including dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor hood over and of course the essential cafetiere.

Bedroom One - with king size bed - window overlooking the harbour.Bedroom furniture includes wardrobes and dressing table with mirror, hairdryer, corner storage with TV. Bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom one en-suite with shower cubicle - with hand held and drencher head attachments toilet, wash hand basin and electric mirror

Bedroom Two - with twin beds - window overlooking bedside table with lamp, wall mirror chest of drawers with TV and dressing table with mirror over.

Family bathroom - Modern tiled bathroom. Bath with shower over. Toilet and built-in wash hand basin with storage underneath and mirror over.

Parking - One allocated parking space (2.4m x 5m) in the barrier controlled car park adjacent to the apartments suitable for a medium size car.

Bedding: Linen, Duvets, Pillows and Towels supplied, please bring your own beach towels.

Electricity & Gas Central Heating - Included in rental.

Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

Padstow is a picturesque working fishing port located on the North Cornish Coast offering a variety of shops and amenities as well as water sport activities. The surrounding area has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with several sandy beaches being within two to four miles.
For golfing enthusiasts the championship golf course at Trevose is four miles distant, the former market town of Wadebridge is within 7 miles and offers more extensive shopping facilities.

What makes this property unique

Perfectly centrally Padstow Harbour location - with both harbour AND the river estuary views North Cornwall. Within a 5 minute walk you can be watching the boats in the harbour or browsing the boutiques, artisan shops and galleries in Padstow town.
Prideaux Place, Padstow Museum and The Lobster Hatchery are within a short stroll.

For the more adventurous: hire a bike and ride the Camel Trail to Wadebridge, take a Sea Safari or estuary trip on the Jubilee Queen. Local beaches are close by and taking the small ferry to Rock is a nice way to spend the day.
