It hosts three additional air conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a vibrant children’s room with three single beds and an ensuite shower. A laundry room is also located here.

The property offers front-row views of the iconic Colossus of San Carlo Borromeo - a must-visit landmark where you can climb inside the statue for breathtaking vistas. The vibrant town of Arona lies a short 2 km drive down the hill, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade or explore the shops and restaurants. From here, you can effortlessly board a ferry to explore the hidden gems of Lake Maggiore, or take a direct train into central Milan. The famous town of Stresa is located 17 km up the coast, serving as the gateway to the magnificent Borromean Islands. RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA SVEVA:

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 1000 euro
- Cleaning (obligatory): 350 euro per week
- Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 150 euro
- Heating house (seasonal): metered according to consumption
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

- The swimming pool is opened seasonally approx. from mid-May to mid-October; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
