The Paddocks is a spacious and beautifully presented 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom contemporary barn conversion home, comfortably accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• 2 King-size bedrooms
• 1 Double bedroom
(infant travel cot, mattress & bedding available on request)

It features beautifully designed, high-end kitchen and bathrooms finished to an exceptional standard, combining modern luxury with comfort and practicality.

• A charming separate garden area with countryside surroundings, backing onto a paddock with a pond, local wildlife, and friendly Shetland ponies, sheep, chickens, and ducks for guests to enjoy viewing from the garden. Please note the paddock area is private and is not accessible to guests
• Comfortable living spaces for relaxing after a day exploring
• Conveniently accessed directly from the A51, the property offers secure off-road parking for up to two cars behind electric gates. Please note that a refundable £30 cash security deposit is required for the electric gate controller

Please note that a refundable £30 cash security deposit is required for the electric gate remote control and will be returned upon its safe return at the end of your stay.
