Nearby Romsey offers visitors a fine selection of shops and restaurants, Romsey Abbey, or the home of the Mountbatten family at Broadlands. The National Trust’s Mottisfont Abbey is well worth a day out. Alternatively, take the short drive to the New Forest, ideal for keen walkers and cyclists.
This 1850's thatched cottage is full of character and charm. Stepping into the dining area with table and chairs, the kitchen leads of from here with an electric hob, double electric oven, Lor coffee station, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The cosy lounge with a wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player, makes it the perfect room to retreat in after a full day out exploring. Completing the ground floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. When you are ready to get some rest, Head upstairs to the bedrooms, a spacious king-size bedroom and a lovely twin bedroom.
Outside the front of the cottage is a gravelled garden with patio area with seating, a real suntrap. to the rear is a fully enclosed lawn area, perfect to let the pooches run and play. There is both 7KW tethered and 7KW untethered EV Charging available and parking for 2 cars.
