This adorable open floor-plan home, located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, is steps away from golf courses, biking/running trails, great restaurants, and exciting nightlife. The large backyard, relaxing patio, and built-in grill create a great space to enjoy sunny afternoons with family and friends! This property is dog-friendly, and the fenced-in yard gives your pup plenty of room to play.

Completely refurbished and recently updated as a dedicated vacation rental. This 1500sf house features all new stainless steel appliances and brand new bedding, linens, and mattresses, ensuring a comfortable stay with a fully outfitted kitchen and all the expected amenities. All bedrooms have a closet, dresser, and full-length mirrors. The home's open floor plan features a large comfortable family room with big-screen tv, bistro table for casual dining, free high-speed wifi, and Firestick for streaming entertainment (Amazon Prime Video included). Dining Area features a large dining table for family dinners or game night.

French doors lead to a spacious grassy backyard, with a large covered patio and built-in BBQ. Great for afternoon grilling, backyard games, or enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

Guests have access to the entire home and property. Ample parking is available, and the yard is fully fenced.

This is one of my favorite VRBO locations of all time. The location was perfect for attending activities at ASU (not too close/not too far). The backyard was perfect for our dog. The house was comfortable and well-stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. We also appreciated the access to the walking trails. Highly recommend!

We’re locals who spent 10 weeks in this property from mid April to the end of June while our house was being remodeled. The location is great for access to Old Town Scottsdale. We enjoyed walking our dog along the greenbelt area by Continental Golf Course. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were helpful and responsive. The area felt very safe. This home is a small cozy home that has everything one needs when visiting Old Town Scottsdale and the surrounding areas. Easy walking and driving access as well. The house has a flexible set up so we could play cards, watch movies and visit. The backyard and patio was comfortable and inviting.

Great place for our dogs!

House was great for humans as well. Comfortable three bedrooms (we didn’t use them all). Tile floor throughout, grass and fenced back yard with easy access from the main area. Walking along golf course early morning (to avoid most bikes!), just cross the street and onto the walking trails….

Fantastic location

We loved the house! Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We love to play board games and we could play on the patio or at the dining room table. Also, it was nice having a backyard. The location was fantastic. We could walk to the Giants spring training park along this beautiful trail along side a golf course. It was very close to old town Scottsdale. I would stay here again.

I met my family here for my 50th Birthday. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. The house was comfortable and convenient. Having two bathrooms was nice, great kitchen with everything you need, nice big TV and really enjoyed the back porch and private back yard for hanging out and coffee in the morning. The house is in a great location - close to Old Town Scottsdale, in a quiet neighborhood and is close to golf course / park with a great path to walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Kelly and Andrew were awesome to work with. She kept in contact with me throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect. Greenbelt walkway was just across the street. Great for walking our dogs and riding bikes. Continental golf course also just across the street. Played it 4 times. Back yard fenced in and very nice. Was perfect for our 2 dogs. Beds very comfortable. I would recommend this property.
