Our Deluxe Mezzanine apartments offer a unique split-level layout — a comfortable living area with sofa bed on the lower level, and a private mezzanine bedroom reached via a staircase above. It's a characterful, cleverly designed apartment that gives everyone their own space to retreat to.
Includes an in-room kitchenette, fresh linen and towels, and access to two fully equipped shared kitchens across the building. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Situated on the Roker seafront in Sunderland, Piers View House is steps from Roker Beach, Roker Pier, and some of the North East's best coastal walks. Sunderland city centre — with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife — is just 2 miles away. The Stadium of Light is just 5–10 minutes by taxi or Metro, making us a popular choice for matchday stays.
Travel cots for babies are provided upon request at a charge of £20 per stay.
