This first floor apartment has recently been refurbished to create a modern and airy living space in central Sunderland. There are 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed to sleep 5. The living room benefits from a large TV and ample space for relaxing or having friends around. A well fitted kitchen also benefits from a washer/dryer machine and a large fridge freezer. Our guests range from people visiting the city for leisure to contractors working in the area. This apartment will particularly appeal to those visiting the hospital and university.
