Station Lodge in Forres, Moray, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Station Lodge consists of two bedrooms: 1 x king-size and 1 x twin, along with a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The cottage includes a kitchen, a dining room with a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with Smart TV and WiFi. Oil-fired central heating is provided. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, and pergola. Two well behabed pets are welcome. Electric vehicle charging points are available on‑site in the main castle car park, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sorry no smoking. Station Lodge offers a characterful base within the grounds of Brodie Castle, ideal for exploring Moray. Access to Brodie Castle Estate outside of the regular opening hours. Access to the Playful Garden during opening hours, access via the Welcome Centre. Complimentary Castle Tour – booking essential at the Welcome Centre. Properties are in a rural location - cannot guarantee the WiFi. The opening times, visitor facilities and entry prices of all National Trust for Scotland properties and attractions can be viewed on their website here

Forres is an ideal starting point for exploring the Malt Whisky Trail being home to two of the Distilleries, and in close proximity to another five! Forres boasts two golf courses and some excellent fishing opportunities. Ideally placed for visiting the atmospheric fishing villages that are dotted along the north east coastline and just twenty seven miles from the capital of the Highlands, Inverness, it is a great base for a holiday. You can immerse yourself in history with Cawdor and Brodie Castles, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George all within easy reach. Alternatively, you can spend time at Findhorn enjoying the beach and looking for seals or a day's watersports finishing with a drink overlooking the bay whilst the sun goes down. A five minute drive from Forres will take you to Califer Hill Viewpoint, providing stunning views across the Moray Firth, Findhorn and beyond.
