About this property
Walker Friendly barn conversion in Eryri (Snowdonia) | Beudy-Pwll-Y-March
If your idea of a perfect morning involves the sound of wild goats rather than the hum of a motorway, Beudy-Pwll-Y-March is your sanctuary. This is a walker friendly barn conversion in Eryri (Snowdonia) that prioritises peace, position, and the kind of "off-the-beaten-track" charm that only this location can provide. To get here, you'll need to navigate a rugged farm track and a few traditional gates - a minor initiation that guarantees peace once you arrive.
The guided tour begins in a bright, open-plan space that feels like a sophisticated mountain shelter. The conversion is wonderfully simple: white-washed stone walls, original beams, and windows that frame the mountains like living art. To your right, the galley kitchen is compact but perfectly formed, ready for brewing a post-hike tea or prepping a local Welsh breakfast.
The heart of the barn is the living area, dominated by a contemporary wood-burning stove. The first batch of logs are provided ; additional supplies are available via an honesty box - a charming nod to the trust of the hills. At one end of the barn, tucked under the mezzanine, is a cosy sleeping nook with a king-size bed. It's a snug, private-feeling corner that invites deep, mountain-air sleep.
Directly above this nook is the mezzanine floor. Accessed via a (steep) wooden staircase. The tour concludes in the modern shower room, designed to wash away the grit of the trails in style.
One Travel Cot on request (cot-linen not provided).
We’re happy to welcome 2 well-behaved dogs. Please keep them supervised at all times and don’t leave them unattended. To keep the space comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Feel free to bring their favourite bed, blanket, and anything else to make them feel at home! To keep your furry companions safe, we recommend not leaving them unattended in the garden and always keeping a watchful eye on them during their outdoor adventures. Please make sure to clean up after your dogs in the garden and surrounding areas.
Guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles using property sockets. Violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
