Within walking distance of the property is the delightful village of North Curry which boast a popular public house, restaurant and coffee shop. If you fancy a change of scenery why not take a trip to the seaside, to the South you have Seaton Bay, situated on the edge of the Jurassic Coast, boasting a mile-long pebble beach, or you have a choice of four beaches at the picturesque town of Lyme Regis. Attractions nearby are, RSPB reserve at Swell Wood and Ham Wall, Exmoor National Park and Clarks Village.
As you enter the property you will find the stairs on your left and a handy WC on your right. Following on, you enter the kitchen, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. Leading on from the kitchen you enter the lounge/dining area where you will find a beautiful wood burner in the centre of the room and a Smart TV, great for those nights in after a long day of exploring the wonderful South West. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with a TV and boasting spectacular views across the Somerset Levels. You will also find the shower room with a shower and WC.
Venture outside and you will find a patio area which boasts superb views across the rolling countryside with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Secure bike storage available. There is parking for 1 car at the front of the property.
