Take pool towels load and wash , take trash to large can right side of driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Heating the spa is included but heating the pool is extra and it's $300 a day. Heating of the pool should be pay in advance.
Any house rule violation or extra guest on the property would have an extra charge or cancel with no refund. Guest must answer questions via inbox.
Copy of all guests ID must be sent after 1 day after reservation is booked Responsible renter need to be in the property until the end of the trip .
