After dinner, kick back in the comfortable lounge room, open the bi-folding doors and extend your space to the garden - perfect on warm summer nights. Close the doors and watch a film on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a downstairs WC.
