The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your meals, including a range-style multi-burner gas hob and double electric oven, a large fridge with freezer drawers, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a small breakfast bar with a couple of bar stools and a comfortable sofa where you can sit with a drink to chat while dinner is being prepared. The large dining table can easily seat everyone for sociable mealtimes, plus a couple of spare chairs for guests. An archway leads to the hallway where two steps lead down to a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Another door leads into the spacious utility room with a washing machine and a storage area for outdoor clothing and walking boots, as well as bikes. The door from this room takes you back to the front garden and parking area.
