Hillview is a purpose-built, three-bedroom holiday home within easy reach of North Devon and Cornwall's fantastic beaches and scenery., a great location to explore both counties. The property is less than 10 miles from the Cornish town of Bude with its shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches - one of the best surfing destinations North Cornwall has to offer with surf hire available during the summer season . Holsworthy town centre is within easy walking distance and has a weekly farmers’ market, a variety of shops and pubs, a golf course, sports centre and indoor swimming pool with sauna and Waitrose is a few minutes walk from the property. Adventure parks The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and the North Devon Wake Park all are great for a family day out. Other places of interest accessible from here include the cobbled streets of Clovelly, TIntagel, Boscastle, and the popular TV Cornish village of Port Isaac, all within an hours drive.

Stepping inside this contemporary property, with underfloor heating throughout, you find yourself in the hallway with a walk-in shower room and WC and a ground floor bedroom with king size bed and Smart TV. You are then drawn through the property to the open plan lounge kitchen diner with fabulous countryside views from the picture window/sliding doors. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, from the lounge/kitchen/diner via the sliding doors you will discover the south facing enclosed garden with countryside views. You step out onto a large, decked area with garden furniture and steps leading down to an Astro turf area. A shed at the side of the garden allows for secure storage for bikes, paddleboards etc. At the front of the property is allocated ample off road parking for up to three cars and an electric charging point.
