Great rural location, spacious base
Warm welcome on arrival, comfortable base, visited Bude, Hartland Quay, Westward Ho. Dartington glassworks a bit of a highlight, along with those scones, cream and jam.

Lovely break with friends
This property was ideal for our annual get together (5 ladies). Three well appointed bedrooms, all en-suite. A very well equipped kitchen and warm and cosy with central heating and a log burner. Ideally placed for various walks and close to pubs for bar meals or Sunday roast. Kris made us very welcome and her gift of a gluten free cream tea was much appreciated. The whole was spotlessly clean. Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The perfect family break.
A very comfortable home with stunning views of rolling hills and high-hedged lanes. We absolutely loved it here - thank you Kris and Pete for sharing your paddock - our morning coffee will never be the same! We explored the area on foot - walking along the coastal path. The coastline is so beautiful and the locals so friendly. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Easter break
Fabulous weekend spent at the barn. Firstly communication with Kris was spot on, quick to reply to messages and very helpful. The barn was exactly as listed, plenty of space for the 6 of us but very cosy too. It was just perfect, beautiful outside seating areas, a basket of logs for the woodburner and a very welcoming cream tea when we arrived. We had some lovely walks in the area, and visited the local pubs too, just perfect!

Hidden gem!
We had a wonderful break at the Parlour in Hartland! The accommodation was immaculate, spacious and very well equipped. The welcome gift of a gluten free cream tea was a very thoughtful addition, and reflected the care put into the details to provide for an easy and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend!
