About this property

4 Bed in Llandysul (oc-93546)

This is a great location from which to access many great sights in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion and 3 miles from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn a traditional market town with fresh produce, crafts and other goods. The River Teifi flows through the town, providing scenic beauty and opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing and canoeing. There are well-marked walks from the door such as the walk through the woods and past the waterfalls to the National Wool Museum and it’s only a few miles from a selection of beautiful Cardigan Bay beaches Poppit Sands (13.9 mls) and Aberporth (8.8 mls). Venture to Carmarthen, 12 miles away, and soak in the enchanting history of the town, or stroll by the electric mix of markets, galleries, delis, and cafes.

Upon entrance to the warm welcoming house you enter straight in to the hallway, where you can hang up your coats and kick off your shoes at the end of a busy day, or dry off the dog after a lovely countryside walk. This upside-down property takes advantage of the countryside views from upstairs. Downstairs there is a double room with an en-suite shower room and WC, twin bedroom and a second double. Next is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a door leading out to rear patio area. Upstairs takes you to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can sit around the hand made table to enjoy a family meal together. Lounge with comfortable seating to watch TV and cosy up around the wood burner with a glass of wine and relax. The stylish kitchen with breakfast bar and stools is equipped with everything that you need. On this floor you will find the last bedroom, a single and a separate WC.

Outside at the front of the property is a gravelled area with seating, a BBQ and your very own hot tub to enjoy. At the rear, a patio area for more quiet time to have a coffee and croissant, just for yourself to relax and unwind.
