Our duplex has been designed with your comfort in mind and features a private terrace and a large swimming pool, very close to beaches and restaurants.
Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a two single beds pushed together in a matress that can be joined together and direct access to an upper balcony/terrace, perfect for enjoying the morning breeze. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal and very cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Outdoor Area: Enjoy your private terrace on the ground floor, a wonderful space for al fresco breakfasts, reading a book, or dining under the stars.
Swimming Pool: Cooling off is easy thanks to the complex's fantastic communal swimming pool, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

🔑 Access to the accommodation You will have access to the entire house! Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We will be available 24/7 for any questions or assistance you may need during your trip.

The accommodation is located in Meloneras (Maspalomas), one of the most exclusive, vibrant, and safe areas of Gran Canaria. You are just minutes from the main attractions in the south:
Meloneras Promenade: Lined with high-end boutiques, restaurants with sea views, and terraces perfect for watching the sunset.
Maspalomas Lighthouse: The iconic historic lighthouse and a popular meeting point in the area.
Maspalomas Dunes Nature Reserve: A spectacular desert landscape that ends at a vast golden sand beach.
Leisure and relaxation: Close to golf courses (Meloneras Golf), spas, and amusement parks.

Public Transport: Getting around is very easy from here. Within walking distance, you'll find bus stops (or "guaguas," as we call them here) and taxi ranks that quickly connect you to the airport, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and other beaches on the island.
Parking: If you decide to rent a car, there's street parking just outside the complex, which makes logistics much easier during your trip.

📋 House Rules and Notes (Strict)

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
