The entire 130m2 apartment is yours, with no shared spaces.
Three bedrooms: a master suite with double bed, safe box and blackout curtains; a second double bedroom with garden access; and a third bedroom with a single bed. All three have Smart TVs, air conditioning and large wardrobes.
Two bathrooms: the main one with a bathtub and washing machine, the second with a walk-in glass shower. Towels and toiletries provided.
An open-plan living and dining area with a large corner sofa (usable as an extra bed), a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, and a dining table seating 7. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, espresso machine and filter coffee machine.
A dedicated workspace with Starlink internet (up to ~300 Mbps) sits in a quiet corner with natural light.
Outside, the 160m2 private courtyard has an 8x3m pool (1.5m deep, unheated), a pool bar, gas BBQ, twin gazebos, sunbeds and a shaded outdoor dining area. Free private parking for up to 4 cars.

Rias Apartment was built by Eleftheria (Ria) with her own savings, as a home rather than as a business. Every choice the layout, the furniture, the courtyard, the pool was made the way you make decisions when you are building a place for yourself, not for guests.
The house was completed in 2023. Since then we have opened it to travellers, and we have kept it exactly as it was intended: a real home, cared for personally. My partner Ria works at a nursery school and looks after the garden and the details. I, Manos, take care of the practical side welcoming guests, keeping everything running, and sharing the places on this island that we love ourselves.
We do not have a management company. When you stay here, you are dealing with us.

What makes this property unique


- A genuinely private pool -- 8x3m, entirely for your use, with a pool bar, gas BBQ, twin gazebos and sunbeds in a 160m2 walled courtyard. No shared facilities, no other guests.
- Starlink satellite internet (up to ~300 Mbps) with a dedicated workspace rare in this part of Crete, and the reason many remote workers choose us for longer stays.
- Three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms for six guests no sofa-sleeping compromises for families or groups.
- A brand-new home, built in 2023 and never lived in as a rental conversion. Modern kitchen, air conditioning throughout, Smart TVs with Netflix in every room, and a washing machine for longer stays.
- Hosted personally by the owners, who live nearby. Baby cot and high chair free of charge; transfers, a private chef and boat trips can be arranged on request.
- Quiet enough to sleep with the windows open, close enough to be in town in five minutes.
