The room is very dirty and full of garbage under the beds. The window has no screen and it's summer, flies and mosquitoes keep coming in! The drain in the shower clogged, I requested redund on the spot and told I will be refunded and then this parent company belville said they won't ! The 10/10 rating is definitely fake and I will exhaust all means to fight! Avoid this at all costs!
