The property benefits from biomass central heating, with fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent, along with a starter pack for the woodburning stove. Outside, there is a non-enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, access to rear communal gardens and the owner’s gardens, and off-road parking for 4 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
