Die Fewo ist großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet, günstig gelegen für Ausflüge zum Diemelsee und nach Willingen. Sie liegt ruhig mitten im kleinen Dorf Eimelrod. Speiselokale gibt es vor Ort, Lebensmittel und Backwaren in den Nachbarorten. Wäre das Wetter besser gewesen, hätte man von hier aus auch Wanderungen unternehmen können. Der Kuhstall gegenüber ist für Kinder interessant. Einziger Nachteil sind die Treppen, die vom Flur zum Wohn- und zu zwei Schlafzimmern führen sowie dann noch einmal hoch zum "Turmzimmer", was an sich ein origineller Raum ist.

Den hyggelige atmosfære skabt af de tykke vægge og de lyse møbler fik os til at føle os hjemme, Vi nød at lave mad i det moderne køkken og elskede at tilbringe aftenerne med at grille på terrassen, Børnene havde det sjovt i den nærliggende legeplads, og vi satte pris på de forskellige vandrestier, der kun var en kort køretur væk, Værterne var utrolig imødekommende, og vi følte os godt taget hånd om under hele vores ophold, Kan varmt anbefale dette sted til familier, der søger et fredeligt tilflugtssted!
