An amazing house, location, and host. The host and their property management team were responsive, helpful, and handled every request quickly and to our satisfaction. We had eight travelers in our group and every person was impressed with house, all of the finishes, kitchen equipment and accessories. The garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, kids toys, and a couple of paddle boards. We are all hopeful we can return again.

We loved everything about this house. I was perfect for our family. Grandchildren really enjoyed the bikes, putting green and the games in home. We loved the proximity to the beach -just a very short walk. I give it a 10/10. We hope to be back next year.

Great family vacation house and location. Short easy level walk to the beach. Having the pool was nice especially the little ones. The house had all the beach toys and chairs we needed. Paddles boards were nice to have as well! The house was stocked better than most also! Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us!

Great location and pool.

House was as advertised. Some areas of the house were showing wear & tear and needs some attention but generally a good well equipped house. Can't beat the location so close to the beach.

Wonderful home and amenities!

Can't say enough good things about this property and management. My favorite thing was the access to the beach....so close. The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and paddleboards were so nice to have. This was the first property that the property management team came to meet us upon our arrival. It was so helpful.

Beautiful Property

My husband, 2 daughters, sons-in-law and my 4 grandchildren (ages 2 under 1, 2 years and 31/2) spent the week at Surfside AMI. It was a wonderful time. Prior to the trip the owner was very quick to answer any questions we had and once we were on the property Goose and Dan were very attentive. The location, the house and amenities were amazing.
