Loft in Ipanema with panoramic sea, mountain and lagoon views
The loft has two double beds, one queen size (160 cm) open to the living room and the other (140 cm) in an isolated bedroom. The apartment also has sofa beds for additional sleeping. The view and the sunset are spectacular. The apartment is on the 17th floor of an 18-story building. The building is located in a portion of the street closed to traffic. This increases tranquility and allows you to sleep with the windows open.
In addition to the bathroom with toilet, there is a separate toilet and the separate bedroom has a sink and shower.
The kitchen is equipped and has a Nespresso machine and a washer / dryer.
The apartment has 4 ceiling fans and two air conditioning units.
From the apartment you will be in less than 10 minutes at the beach, the metro or one of the best restaurants in the area.
I have lived in Rio for 4 years. I could tell you the good places to see and my favorite restaurants.

schönes Appartement
wir haben unsere Tochter in Rio besucht. Die Aussicht im 17 Stock war gigantisch, mit Blick auf die 2 Brüder und den beleuchteten Favelas, nicht weit vom Ipanema Strand.

Great apartment in Rio
I stayed in the apartment in early February, and was very happy with my selection. The apartment itself was just as described and in a great the location. You can't beat the view from the apartment! Philippe was very responsive and was there promptly to meet me upon arrival. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. There are many nice restaurants in the area and only a short walk to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate staying at the apartment again when I return to Rio.

Quel bel appartement / Apartamento muito bonito!
Merci Philippe pour l'appartement et l'accueil. Selon nous, il n'y a pas mieux pour la vue sur Ipanema, impossible! L'appart est collé sur plusieurs épicerie, la plage, le métro... En plus d'être confo à l'intérieur. Deux québécois qui ont adoré! / Valeu! Gostamos muito do apartamento, a sua localisaçao pratica (metrô e mercearia perto), a vista de Ipanema incrivel e tal. Dentro, foi muito confortavel. Obrigado Philippe!.. Dois viajantes de Montréal.
