If you plan to do laundry, bring some detergent so you don't have to buy a whole box / bottle during your stay.

This was a decent place. Though it could use a good dusting, I had to wash freezer before we could use it make ice, there were outlets that did not have covers and the ONE fry pan should be replaced as it is not in very good condition.

Semi-private oasis in the country

This property was a good option near the city, but still had the feel of being out in the country. It was charming, clean, comfortable, and served our needs well.

Loved this property for my husband’s 70th birthday party with his grown kids and grandkids. The yard and gazebo, with the huge porch, allowed family to hang out comfortably and enjoy each other. The large bathrooms were lovely, the open kitchen and living room aided conversation even while preparing meals. Outdoor grill was great!

It's very cozy & welcoming. Very nice mattresses & pillows. Nice appliances. It could use a good dusting & perhaps replenishment of a few kitchen items

Great Location!

House is on a big lot and was quiet. Very clean and check-in was no problem. We had a small group, and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels and kitchen appliances/silverware/etc. Great location, we would stay again!

Great property. We'll be back!

This was our first experience with a VRBO property. We couldn't be happier with everything. Looking forward to a longer stay next year for a family reunion with my sisters and their spouses. Thank you.

Country Cabin Feel

The log structure gives the place a cabin feel but, it had plenty of space for my wife and I with 3 kids. The grounds are like a park. The location is an easy drive to Jacksonville, Ashland or Medford. The kitchen was well apportioned for making meals. Check-in/out was great.

Perfect for an overnight stay on our road trip

We arrived when it was dark and found the home fine. The kids loved the log cabin feel and the gas or electric fireplace is a nice touch. There were a couple stains on the carpet and the beds/pillows were not as comfortable as hoped but we were satisfied overall. Thank you!

The property is beautiful will stay again

Easy to find. The only suggestion is to be able to check in before 4 and check out at 11. The remote for the upstairs TV is broken so can’t use the TV

Hi Kathleen, so sorry we didn’t meet your expectations for your stay. In the future, feel free to let me know when something is broken and I will immediately correct it. I was unaware the remote was not working. It has been corrected as of now. In addition, when booking, you can always see the policies in regard to check in and out times. Different rentals have different check in and out times for a variety of reasons. If one place doesn’t work for you, I’m certain you can find a place that does.

Short and Sweet

PROS: The property is in a good location and spacious just as described. Cozy Cabin and we liked the division of bedrooms; with one located downstairs and 2 upstairs. CONS: The lighting in the master bedroom was very poor and so dim. Difficult to see anything. The remote to the TV has a missing power button but I used a key to stick it in the hole to make it work. In addition., the carpet was stained and dirty. The house was surface clean but really dusty and filled with cobwebs. BEDS: I’m not a fan of the firm temperpedic style mattress but this is my own personal preference. The twin mattresses were just as uncomfortable per my family members. These would be my only complaints, overall a nice experience for the 2 days we stayed. Happy Holidays

Thank you for the feedback! I will make sure to get over there tomorrow and see what happened to the remote and take my dust buster! The dust is so hard to control in the country environment with the logs. Cobwebs are the bane of mt existence! But I’ll attack them again. Thx again for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

This is a lovely and comfortable home in Medford. We only stayed one night while road tripping through Oregon and California, and this was the perfect place to stop. The cabin is well laid out, comfortable beds and bathrooms, nice kitchen with everything we needed, and a GORGEOUS deck and yard. We saw lots of deer in the yard and felt very safe and secure on the property. We would happily stay here again when passing through.

Beautiful home. Perfect sleeping arrangements for what we needed. Everything in the kitchen we needed to cook our own meals. I did buy some new oil for the oil that had gone rancid and some more ground pepper. I do feel the carpet going up the stairs and maybe a a bedroom or two could be replaced with a hard surface floor and maybe a throw rug for a cozy feel. The. One down has quite a few stains and looks older. But overall we LOVED this house and would stay again

Lovely home and really nice to sit outside on the back lawn. We didn't use the kitchen for much on this short trip, but it looked well stocked. The only recommendation I'd make is not using scented laundry detergent or air fresheners. One room was a little overwhelming with the latter. Scent can be a big deal for folks with allergies or migraines. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Great Place Easy to Get too

The house was easy to find, easy to access, quite setting, get decks for relaxing on, nice yard, and overall pleasant to stay at. No issues with anything other than normal items with wear and tear. I would definitely stay here again if needed to.
