This place is all about location. As is indicated in the listing this studio is literally steps ( few) from the bustling marina . Lots of charming bistros filled with visitors enjoying the marina views and niche boutiques filled with Provençal clothing and decorative items. The small , light filled studio is up a steep set of stairs just above a charming shoe store. If you have heavy luggage or bad knees this could be a struggle. Great storage for your cloths and a handy an efficient clothes washer and dryer! Bed is comfortable but could use more kitchen towels and bath washcloths. Love that Chen is set up with dishes, pots and pans but not a great set up for extensive cooking as you’ll n ed items like cutting boards and condiments. The interior was clean but a little tired. Again, this is a great place if you like good food, drinks at the ready and lots of outdoor activities ( hiking the Calanques, kayaking or touring the calanques on a boat tour right outside your door. Train station nearby and accessible by bus or taxi to visit nearby Marseille or Aix.

The perfect stay in Cassie. I had missed the check-in email where to pick up keys ( make sure you read your emails for check-in) but with the help of the locals able to reach Pasquale. Wifi was not hooked up initially (previous guests may have turned it off) and Sylvain came personally with his son to fix it. Place was spacious for 4 nights for a couple. Very well laid out and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Location is SUPERB! Steps away from everything. The washer and Dryer were a big plus! Definitely recommended.

There are many great things about this property. The location is excellent- close to the harbour where all the restaurants and shops are, the apartment was spacious and clean, the shower was excellent, but there were also some things that disappointed me. I did not hear from the property owners at all until after check in, even though I had twice emailed to ask questions, which made me very nervous about check in. I got an automatic email from vrbo a few days prior to check in explaining where to get the keys, but if we had arrived after 7:00pm I don't know how I would have been able to contact anyone to set up a different time. Also, the WIFI and washer and dryer did not work.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Could not fault this property, location excellent close to the port, town centre, restaurants and bars. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be back again.

Amazing location. Steps to everything but set back just enough to feel removed from the hustle and bustle. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Studio idéal pour le port et la plage, visite des Calanques, etc.Mais pas de vue, mur aveugle en face, effluves écoeurantes des cuisines des resto en face, manque de climatisation. Aucun accès en voiture, long trajet à pied avec les bagages depuis le parking en hauteur, pire au retour. Parkings complets, sauf très tôt ou très tard.Mais Cassis est très joli, et très populaire.

We could not see the port, but the location was right around the corner. It was so kind of Pascale to give us her parking ticket.Really good market, restaurants, calanques tours right around the corner. We enjoyed 4 wonderful days here. Highly recommend.

The location is close to all the shops and restaurants.Had challenges checking in. The key pick up was elsewhere and had a some trouble locating the store. Once we had the key we also had trouble finding the suite.The property is listed as a two bedroom which is not the case. It has a double bed and a futon in the sitting area. Sent host a note the day before checkout and didn’t hear back until after we had left.

Idéal hors vacances - central - au bord du port

Séjour ressourçant de 4 jours avec un temps radieux, des randonnées agréables dans les calanques, couleurs magnifiques, avec un vent fort parfois, la découvertes des chenilles processionnaires... Appartement agréable qui tranche avec l'entrée depuis la rue. Bien agencé pour 2 personnes avec un rideau entre le salon et canapé-lit, et la chambre avec un lit. Commodité pour les commerces, les terrasses...Parkings payants à proximité. Vue sur la mer et soleil un peu limités au niveau d'une fenêtre. Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires. Bonne communication par mails et souplesse pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ.

Nous venons souvent à Cassis.Nous avons loué cet appartement au pied du port et coup de coeur.Tant sur la localisation idéale et l'appartement.Après une montée d'escaliers un peu viellote qu'elle fut notre surprise de découvrir un intérieur vraiment bien décoré, très fonctionnel avec tous les accessoires nécessaires.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.Nous reviendrons. Pascale and Sylvain offer their clean, stylish, quiet and convenient apartment only steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and the rest of Cassis. It even has a small view of the harbor promenade, with its constant parade of people. We have stayed in many vacatIon rentals. This is the best!

Lovely location on the Port

Other than the minor detail that the posted image of the Quai and the Chateau is not the view from the studio window (which does in fact have a partial view of the Quai), everything was as expected. Nicely fitted up and everything functional, the studio is in a perfect location steps from all the action in town and walkable westward to the gorgeous Bestouan beach and the Calanque Miou. Helpful hosts too.

Wonderful two weeks in a perfect location, tastefully furnished and charming host. However, I object to the false advertisement on the site which claimed it to be a two bedroom apartment. It was a one bedroom apartment with the provision of a bed settee in the living room, separated from the bedroom by a curtain.

Loved our Stay!

We had the pleasure of staying in this charming apartment above a shoe store near the waterfront, and it was truly a memorable experience! This third-generation family property has been beautifully renovated, blending modern amenities with the timeless charm of the old city. The original shutters and windows not only preserved the character but also allowed us to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and the lively sounds of street performers below. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, the large windows and well-maintained shutters kept the space comfortably cool. We loved waking up to the gentle sea breeze and the ambient sounds of the boardwalk – it added such a unique touch to our stay. Pascale and Sylvain, the owners, were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering all our questions promptly. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a stay that combines historical charm with modern comforts, all while being just steps away from the vibrant waterfront, this is the perfect spot. Week in Cassis

Lovely port and beach with lots of choice of restaurants. Apartment was good with lots of appliances and the washing machine was useful for a one week stay. All very clean and well kept. Only downside was the bed being up against one wall so no room to climb out other than over your partner! Would really benefit from air conditioning as was very hot despite the fans provided
