This is a brand new apartment in a great location within walking distance to all sights. The apartment has 2 terraces, one of them with a view of the city center. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. In the basement of the apartment, there is a private garage. A part of the complex is a beautiful park view an amazing view of the city center which you are invite to enjoy. To reach the city center, you only need to take a 5 minute walk through a wonderful quarter of diplomatic villas dating back to the 1st Republic on the left, and with the best view of the Prague towers and the castle on your right. During the summer, there is a wonderful park popular by locals and students from all over the world.

Wonderful Apartment and Location

Absolutely perfect location and Apartment for our three day stop in Praha. We were met as arranged and shown to the car park space. Everything was explained in great detail and plenty tips of where to visit, eat walk etc. We were advised no need to buy transport ticket as everywhere is easily walkable and this turned out be absolutely true. The apartment is fully equipped and in a very safe and quiet location, there is a security guard onsite for the complex which is securely gated. Breakfast places a plenty less than ten minutes. We walked virtually the whole of Praha easily each day. Cannot recommend this property enough. Thanks again Sarah for allowing us to stay.

Great location and parking available for larger vehicles. Very welcoming and kind owners.

Very easy arrival and lots of items on hand to make travel easy. About 20 min walk to Astronomical clock in Old Town. Owners speak perfect english and have made their own guide to Prague that’s very useful, gave us great tips on places to eat. Very comfortable place and highly recommend !

Great Property

We loved our stay and the location. However, wifi didn't work (internet did work using ethernet cable). The router was on and plugging into ethernet worked without a hitch, but the wifi device name provided by the owner did not show up on any of our devices. Further, the password provided did not work on any of the wifi device names that did appear. Hope he has that sorted. Again, internet still worked fine on ethernet cable, and the place was otherwise just great!

Nice stay in spring in Prague

We had a very nice 6-night stay in this beautiful, quit appartment. The appartment is well equiped with a lovely view over Prague. It is located at walking distance (15 minutes) from the centre of Prague. We came by car and the indoor P-place was very useful for us. At arrival, the owner showed us the appartment and pointed out some ‘hot spots’ to visit.
