Tastefully designed two-bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the historical Art Nouveau house, built in the beginning of 20th century. It is completely furnished and equipped and includes fully-fitted kitchen, therefore is ideal for leisure, corporate or even long-term stays. Comfortable sofa in the living room provides an extra sleeping facility for two more guests.

Both cozy bedrooms are oriented to the courtyard, therefor ensure a restful night. One of them can also benefit from a small balcony where you can enjoy peaceful moments with a cup of morning coffee. Bedrooms are fitted with king-sized double beds with high-quality mattresses, air-conditioning and big wardrobes offering enough space to store all your belongings.

Bright and spacious living area is divided into fully-fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, a dining area with a seating for 6 people and a living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels for your relaxing evening. Not only business travelers will enjoy a practical, laptop-friendly working desk.

Shiny bathroom is equipped with both bathtub as well as a spacious walk-in shower-corner, a washer-dryer machine and a hairdryer. A toilet with sink and bidet shower are available separately.

The house itself is a remarkable Art Nouveau building which construction started in 1912. The original architectonical and decorative elements of the house, as well as in the entry hall were thoroughly preserved. The residence also includes an elevator, which is however reachable from the second floor.

The residence is located on a quiet street but still in the core of the historical centre of Prague – the Jewish Quarter. The Spanish Synagogue, one of the most significant landmarks in the city, is located right next to the residence. It takes just a short 5-minutes stroll to the famous Old Town Square and all Prague’s significant sights are reachable in a walking distance. If you fancy shopping, you’re just a street away from the Pařížská Boulevard, a famous shopping area with all luxurious high-end brand stores.
