Nice but with limitations

The studio has very little private space outside and is located next to a road with intensive traffic, quite noisy. This is not visible online. The swimming pool was great. All in all good value for the price.

• I understand you were surprised by the noise during your stay, these were exceptional circumstances : the neighbor was fixing his roof (this should have been done earlier this year by was postponed because of COVID, and the neighbor apologizes for the inconvenience). And at the same time, the street was being prepared for the Tour de France (which, also, should have been done during the lockdown). I am very sorry for these exceptional circumstances you had to suffer during your stay.

Séjour Aytré

Notre court séjour ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Accueil chaleureux, néanmoins le tarif nous semble élevé eu égard à la localisation. (La Rochelle centre ville est à au moins 1/4 heure)

je suis désolée que votre séjour( 3 nuits) n'ai été que la visite à vos enfants qui habitent à Aytré, très proche de chez moi, et qu'ils n'aient pu vous recevoir. Vous partiez le matin et rentriez tard le soir, vous pouviez vous baigner avant, le matin, et le soir tard, puisque la piscine est ouverte 24h sur 24 et elle est éclairée le soir; désolée pour votre regret. J'ai essayé, même si nous ne nous sommes que très peu vues, et le fait que je vienne de perdre mon mari ( 2 mois),et soit obligée de m'occuper de la succession et de la pension de réversion, de ne pas vous faire partager mon désarroi. Le tarif: cette étude me permet de savoir qu'avec piscine, terrasse, jardin, ping- pong, en maison, avec jardinier, sans supplément pour les draps et linge, lit fait, femme de ménage à l'arrivée et au départ comprise dans le prix, je suis largement en dessous du tarif, merci de m'avoir permis de le vérifier.je suis désolée, que vous n'ayez profité de rien. Pour la localisation, vous la connaissiez, la Rochelle Touche Aytré, il faut 9mn en voiture pour aller dans le centre , 4mn en suivant la plage pour les minimes ( sens unique rapide).En fait, je suis désolée de votre choix, et que vos enfants ne vous ai pas reçue.

Environnement parfait logement passable

Très bien placé proche de la rochelle velib bus au pied de la location. Piscine derrière la location et jardin Très agréable. Le logement bien équipé. Mais il est très sombre et la route est très très passagère. Sur l'annonce c'est bien marqué studio mais dans le descriptif il est marqué une chambre c'est bien un studio.

Très bon emplacement et bien équipé

Le centre de La Rochelle est accessible facilement avec le parking des Minimes gratuit à proximité de l'appartement. Les équipements sont conformes à la description et la piscine très agréable. La propriétaire est très aimable et arrangeante! Très bonne semaine à Aytré!

Merveilleux séjour!

Mes amis et moi avions loue ce studio et d'autres appartements appartenant aux mêmes propriétaires. Le studio est propre, au calme, très fonctionnel. Il y a une grande piscine chauffée et à l'abri du vent. Les sympathiques propriétaires vous aideront avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous revenons cette année !
