Nous avons aimé séjourner à Cagnes, l'appartement est très bien situé, près de la gare, près de la mer. Je recommande fortement. La seule chose, c'est le divan au salon, très incommode pour dormir, sinon, le reste est parfait.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location. Il y a tout ce qu il faut,surtout la clim durant ces fortes chaleurs.Logement très propre, proche de tout:magasins et visites.Nous n avons pas pu profiter de l extérieur à cause de la chaleur et ...des moustiques!Environnement un peu bruyant parfois!Merci encore Annaïck pour votre accueil.
Super séjour, logement tres bien.Proche de la gare ce qui permets de laisser la voiture.petit jardin tres agréable pour dejeuner, diner etc.en plus chien accepté.Proprietaire tres agréable et a l'ecoueJe recommande
We are 5 men and our road bikes. We bicycled into Italy, climbed the col La Madone and Éze and rode west into Cannes. The apartment was uniquely located between the train station and the beach. The particular section of beach closest to us had the densest concentration of restaurants and glaciers. There was a heat wave but the air conditioning kept us comfortable and cool.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Annaick empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch. Es hat alles was man man braucht. Die Lage ist super praktisch. Hat uns gefallen.
This apartment has an excellent location. It is located 1 block from the beach (nice restaurants) and 1 street (2 minute walk) to a train station where you can easily and quickly go anywhere on the French Riveria.
We had a lovely stay at Annaicks' apartment. It's spacious enough for a family of 3 and has a great out-door area with a covered terrace and a garden, ideal for pets. All amenities, shops, cafes, and restaurants are close by and within walking distance.

Nous avons séjournés dans cette maison du 24 au 27 février 2023. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle et très propre. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très agréable et souriante. Le seul bémol est le voisinage très très bruyant du matin de bonne heure à tard le soir. Assez désagréable

AMAZING!!!!
The apartment is honestly beautiful for the price. Shops and a supermarket are within walking distance and the beach is a 4 minute walk away. The owner was amazing and honestly went the extra mile for us- even when we brought 6 people instead of 5.
Only issue is that the apartment doesn't have an oven- which we didn't check and bought a load of oven-baked pizzas :'D
I would give this apartment the biggest thumbs up and anyone that is looking for somewhere that is within travelling distance for nice, cannes, antibes and monte carlo- look no further.
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment on the ground floor. The backyard was perfect for our dog. Then apartment is close to everything you need: the ocean, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and sightseeing! There is plenty to explore after just a short drive: Shopping Malls, beaches, Nice, Monaco, Cannes...the list is endless.
We had plenty of towels, everything to make our own meals, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, dish soap, washing machine, TV, terrace with table and chairs, water and food bowls for the dog...the owner thought of everything.
We had no issues and therefore didn't contact the owner during our stay. But we exchanged texts before check-in and checkout and she was really nice and helpful. Her English is really good, too. As non French speakers we had no issues communication with her.
