Add to that, each spacious room boasts en suite baths, 48” TVs and covered porches (Adirondack chairs abound!) - Individual comfort in group travel never felt so good! Aside from the beach two blocks south (easy Hickory Street beach access) and Seaside one block west, rest comfortably with unsurpassed outdoor entertaining: a large custom pool (heating options available) surrounded by chaise lounges, two outdoor dining areas, and a fire-pit for those summer night Smores! Large 1st floor open gathering space featuring two large sectionals, expansive dining areas and top of the line kitchen amenities centered around a 60” 4k television for game day or movie night! Spring break, summer and fall break weeks are Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights.

This property was perfect for our family of 28! Everything was as expected and the property management company promptly replied to any questions/concerns. Parking for our vehicles & golfcart/bicycle rentals was more than sufficient. The exterior power outlets were most convenient for keeping golfcart batteries charged as needed. Being just 2 short blocks from the public beach access and Seaside made our stay that much better! We weren't disturbed by any of the night-time shenanigans that have recently plagued the Seagrove beach area and the backyard pool provided a much-needed respite from the mid-summer heat. We will absolutely be requesting this property for future vacations in the Seagrove/Seaside area! The refrigerator/freezer and wine chiller in the garage came in handy, as did the storage shelves!

Great family vacation home!

The property for our specific family needs was great! King beds w/ ensuites was luxury. The rooms were spacious. The pool was awesome for our grandchildren.....it was used every day. The rooms for the older grandchildren were perfect....two rooms with bunk beds. And the table seating for 16 worked out perfect! Thanks for allowing us to make great memories!

Great house. Everything as expected. Had 5 families with kids, 18 ppl. All had space and fun.

The private pool was perfect for swimming when we didn't want to go to beach. I would recommend getting a golf cart like we did. That saved a lot of walking and with 16+ ppl in the house, everyone wanted to go to somewhere at different times. Great vacation over all.
