Welcome to your Cayuga Lake retreat. Spectacular 220 feet of lake frontage and drive to door lake house. Large grassy area, shale beach, 4 bedrooms , 2 baths and all the luxuries you need. Originally a boat house, after extensive renovations/additions in the 1990s it was converted to this amazing home. Complete makeover with brand new furnishings and décor completed in 2018!

This lake home is special and desirable for its position right on the water and drive to the door with such privacy so close to Ithaca. Summer as good as it can get on the lake in Ithaca!
