Orchard Place is a one of a kind property nestled on Longview Farm. It combines a vintage farm house with a one of its kind bunk house.

Orchard Place has captivating views, walking trails, orchard and heated Olympic sized pool. The Farmhouse Kitchen with granite countertops, two dishwashers and Viking range, is waiting to serve up a banquet celebration. The Great Room features dining space for 24 and a massive fireplace. The porch seats an additional 22 guests and has coaches and chairs that welcome lazy afternoons.

The barn was renovated into a bunkhouse with two floors that can sleep 12 people. With pinball pull out couch and wood stove. It also has its own full kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, 2 bathrooms and is wheelchair assessable.

While there is WiFi connection in the home, the Joerger family encourages visitors to hike, read, and enjoy nature. There are herds of deer, friendly small animals, as well as many kinds of birds, and maybe a rare glimpse of a coyote. Enjoy a show of the morning sunrise or an afternoon picnic, complete with gorgeous country views.

Orchard Place is completely renovated and impeccably maintained. There is a heated olympic size pool, from Memorial day till Labor Day. This farm estate is also available and perfect for weddings, bachelorette parties, reunions, retreats, and so much more!

There is a wedding fee of $1500.00 and minimum 4 nights rental for up to 150 people.
Pool is usually open from Memorial day to Labor day.

Cousin’s reunion

This home was clean and comfortable! The big kitchen and extra long dining table allowed us to make some great meals and dine all together! We appreciated the pool and the beautiful setting!! Highly recommend for large family gatherings!

Fabulous family reunion!

The most fabulous place! We had a family reunion combined with my father‘s 95th birthday party! There are so many sweet spaces to sit and be together, and the views are gorgeous! The pool was a total hit! We had a multi generational swim meet the last day, and it was hysterical. I highly recommend the spot for any important, family or organizational gatherings!

Awesome Family Vacation

The house, bunk house, large lawn, and salt-water pool were ideal for our 20-member family vacation. The kitchen was a very busy location with more than enough cookware for all of our family meals. The large table in the each of dining locations, inside and outside on a covered patio, allowed all of us to sit down together for all of our meals. Because of the location, there was plenty of things in the area to go to. The things we did included a trip to Watkins Glen (all 20 of us walked down the Gorge Trail), a Farmers' Market, a day on the water on a pontoon boat on Seneca Lake, wine tours, biking, motorcycle rides, plus other sight-seeing. Because we had ideal weather, the pool proved to be a very busy place. The large lawn allowed us to play many things, such as a great dodgeball game, badminton, wiffle baseball, cornhole competitions, and foot races. There was nothing negative about our wonderful vacation at The Orchard Place.

Great house!

Got together for 4th of July with friends. The yard and pool were amazing. Highly recommend the house. Place was clean and owners were easy to get in contact with.

Great place for a family get together.

Well equipped kitchen facility which we took advantage of. An ice maker would have been useful. We enjoyed the country setting which afforded us privacy. The dish washer to the right of the sink should be looked at. Our kitchen crew stopped using it as they thought it was not cleaning dishes properly. Very happy overall.
