Beautiful newly remodeled 3bed + 2 bath 2,200 sqf home in a very quiet and upscale part of the Sherman Oaks hills. This space has an open floor plan ,vaulted ceilings , spacious living, dining room and kitchen with a big island. It features a large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, and bathroom with a large bathtub overlooking the spectacular views !!
All rooms have king size beds and are spacious.
Outdoor paradise Jacuzzi, fireplace and a projector!
Spectacular city views and beautiful sunsets !!
Easy access to Sepulveda pass , 405 and the101 freeways.

PLEASE NOTE : the homeowner sometimes lives in an ADU above the garage which has its own separate entrance from the street and is private
IT DOES NOT COINCIDE WITH THE MAIN HOUSE ; however It does overlook the driveway and the pool area . If privacy is a concern the homeowner may be willing to vacate the ADU for the duration of the stay .

Amazing!

We stayed here for 5 nights. We found it to be clean and beautiful. Amazing views throughout and the pool was amazing! The owner was very nice and responsive as well. It was the perfect place for our vacation plans. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Shopping is close by as well. The sunsets are incredible! We highly recommend this place! We cant wait to return!

We stayed at this house on a romantic getaway. It was gorgeous inside as well as on the outside. The view is absolutely incredible. Lovely design. We had such slight issues with the pool however the host was gracious and extremely helpful. Overall an amazing experience! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect location and excellent host

We stayed at this property for my sister’s bachelorette. It was the perfect home for the group to hang out with plenty of space both inside and out and easy access to both LA and the vineyards up the coast. The view is to die for and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area did not disappoint. The host was accessible throughout the weekend to answer questions and very accommodating to our arrival and departure schedule. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway!

My wife and I wanted to have a couple of nights and just a really luxurious Resort like home. This house delivered that in droves. It was like our own little Oasis. The backyard with a pool and spa & Cabana area are impressive and the views are even better than that. The house is open and Airy and the master bedroom bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. It was such a great value and I will absolutely be going back.

Gorgeous home in a safe and quiet neighborhood!

This house was just perfect , much better then a hotel . Our stay was pleasant , we even had an infant with us so the first thing I wanted was the house to be clean and neat. The house was equipped with everything. It was amazingly decorated and there was a lot of room. Plenty of fresh towels for our 3 days stay. The house has an amazing view , we spend long hours outdoors near the heated pool ,patio and in the evenings enjoyed spectacular sunsets !! This home was on a perfect location , all the attractions were only 20-30 min away. The host was very professional and helpful . Strongly recommend this property and can't wait to be back !!
