Villa private modern design in a plot of 1050m 2 to 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Palma and 5 from the beach. Parquet floors throughout the House. Three bedrooms one with en Suite, salt water swimming pool, fully-equipped kitchen. It is built with a perfect magnetic orientation where have been avoided all kinds of lower barriers to make mobility easier. It is ideal for lovers of peace, but without renouncing the proximity of tourist centers.
