Very recently renovated house in a modern style and very well equipped, which can accommodate 6 people with a magnificent view of the mountains not overlooked, facing south, surrounded by nature, 2 steps from the village of Pont de Montvert, in the hamlet of Viala at 1000m altitude. You will benefit from a shaded terrace equipped with a lounge, a table and a barbecue to enjoy the incredible view, the calm and nature, as well as a warm, contemporary and bright interior.

Modern und komplett ausgestattet.Nette Vermieterin und schneller Kontakt per WhatsApp und Übersetzungsprogramm, da wir leider kein Französisch sprechen. Kleiner Hinweis: deutsch Bettwäsche ist für die französischen Betten viel zu klein - uns wurde aber schnell geholfen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, hat uns gut gefallen. Den Preis halten wir für angemessen.

Sehr ruhige Aussichtslage!

Das Haus liegt in einer tollen Lage, in einem ruhigen kleinen Weiler oberhalb von Pont du Montvert. Es ist sehr hell mit schönem Balkon und Terrasse und toller Aussicht. An Ausstattung ist alles da, aber vielleicht könnte das ein oder andere Küchenutensil einmal erneuert werden, z.B der Toaster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dennoch finden wir den Mietpreis sowie den Preis für die Endreinigung zu hoch.

Maison lumineuse et très propre. Propre et moderne - environnement au top

Une semaine trop courte au mois de juillet 2024. La maison possède tout le confort d'une résidence secondaire. Le village accessible à pied possède l'avantage d'avoir toutes le commodités (restaurants, boulangerie, pharmacie, épicerie). La région nous a comblé par sa beauté.

Très bonne expérience

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, avec un nourrisson de quelques semaines. La maison est agréable et bien équipée ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la superbe vue sur la nature, propice au repos et à la détente :) Le village est proche et ses commerçants vraiment très sympathiques. Il est également possible d'effectuer de très belles randonnées au départ de la maison. De manière générale nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100% !

Sehr schönes Haus, alles neu renoviert, sehr gute Betten, Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Tolle Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wandern und Rennradfahren. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Kommen gerne wieder.
