ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation.
- This home has security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the driveway and walkway to the front door, stairs by the grill, and forest behind middle level balcony. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $5.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 and 27 is 5pm.

Amazing cabin!

We loved this cabin for a weekend away from home! It has so many amenities for everyone! Will definitely come back in the future!

Gorgeous home in mountains

We found the home to be an amazing experience. Accommodations were comfortable and the layout was perfect for a large family. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was a very short drive to the Northstar village and all of its fun activities.

Great Place for a Large Group

This was a perfect home for a large family gathering. Plenty of space in a truly beautiful home. It was quite comfortable and cozy. The location was excellent. The property management was wonderful & super communicative. The only reason we aren't giving the property 5 stars is because a few of the appliances didn't work well & the kitchen and floor in the main living area was a little dirty upon arrival.

Tahoe Get Away

House was very nice, roomy and rustic which is what drew us to it. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually hot and house did not have AC. Nights were bearable with box fans in windows. Overall we enjoyed our time in Tahoe area and would do it again.

Impressive, but surprised no air conditioning. A heads up would have been nice and an explanation on how to use the whole house fan. We found about it by accident.
