Ground Floor Corner Villa/Ocean Front Resort With Large Pool/On Site Restaurants

Tennis Villa B5 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath FIRST FLOOR CORNER UNIT sitting next to a beautiful lagoon ON THE QUIET SIDE of an ocean front gated resort and just a quick five minute walk to the beach and LARGEST BEACH SIDE POOL ON THE ISLAND. OUR CONDO IS CONVENIENT– NO HAULING LUGGAGE AND BEACH GEAR UP TO THE 2ND or 3RD FLOOR EACH DAY (there are no elevators). Parking is right outside the condo and there is a Hilton Head Trolley stop right in front of the resort. Enjoy Coconuts sports bar in the resort conference center with both indoor and outdoor dining just across the parking lot. Jamaica Joes tiki bar at the pool is a great place to hang out. Lighted, professionally maintained TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS are located across the parking lot from the condo and free to guests.
Golfers will find a number of championship golf courses just minutes away. Bike rental is available just steps from the condo and you can jump on the island's many miles of paved, tree lined bike paths right from the parking lot. Also enjoy endless miles of riding on the beach on the packed sand while watching dolphins swim by, pelicans diving into the surf, seagulls floating on the breeze, and sand pipers darting back and forth.
NOTE: E-BIKES NOT ALLOWED ON THE RESORT PROPERTY.
The Breeze Trolley runs every 20 minutes and stops all along the island including right out in front of our resort.
VILLA AMENITIES: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, new range and microwave, and refrigerator. Small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, blender) are also available. There is also a Coffee Bar.
Dining Room: The dining area has a window that is only available in corner units
Living Room: The living room has modern, comfortable decor. Condo has tile floors. Furnishings include a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, ottoman, high speed wifi, cable, and Samsung smart TV. The balcony has new flooring.
Master Bedroom: Includes a new king sized bed, Samsung smart TV, and full private bath.
Guest Bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with two comfortable twin beds, a standard TV, and a second full bath just outside the bedroom door.
Laundry: There is a laundry room located in the same building as the fitness center.
A beach buggy, 5 beach chairs, cabana umbrella, and sand toys are stored in the utility closet. Beach towels not included, you will need to bring them.
Access is via keyless lock. VRBO sends to you the code a couple of days before arrival. There is also a lock box with an emergency backup key.

Great Location and Property

We had a great time and would not hesitate to return. The location is perfect and pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere on the island. The property is amazing with beach access and great restaurants on site. The pool was a big hit when the tide was low. The ground floor unit was great to avoid all the stairs.

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. My husband and two daughters enjoyed the beach and pool. It's a short walk made easy with the beach wagon, or a quick drive. The condo is well appointed with chairs and such. Highly recommend!

Wonderful summer vacation memories

Loved our stay at this super clean and loaded with amenities condo! Check in was so easy. Debra has so many thoughtful extras like all the beach toys, chairs, wagon. There was even a brand new beach umbrella cabana that arrived for our use. The location of the condo was perfect! It was our first visit to HHI and we will definitely be back. My grandson loved the ocean!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed many aspects of Hilton head like we usually do, coy, salty dog, and a sunset cruise, which I recommend. Of course, the beach was great. We used one of your chairs and rented too, and that way we had everything we neededI will tell you that I think there is at least one outlet that has a problem in the living area. We tried to charge our phones on that lamp and with that extension cord and had no luck.

The resort is great. Everything is in walking distance of the pool and beach. There are also several restaurants on the resort and 24 hour security. Our kids loved that we could rent bikes and they could ride all over.

This was a great condo. Ground floor, with parking right out your patio. Walking to the beach from condo is always nice. Condo had chairs and cart to pull all your gear to beach. It really was a nice location.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Our family had a great time, and this Vrbo unit was like a home away from home. It had all the amenities you could ask for (full kitchen, AC, WiFi, TVs, etc.) and was very comfortable. The owner even provided some beach items (e.g., boogie boards, chairs, canopy, etc.) so that we didn't have to bring any. Having two, separate full bathrooms was a huge plus, especially in the morning when everyone was trying to get ready for the day. The unit is within a short walking distance of the beach, which makes it easy to see the sunrises and sunsets each day. The owner is very communicative and responds quickly to any questions or issues. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay on Hilton Head Island.

The condo was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Everyone in the complex was friendly. Loved the fact that we could rent bikes right there in the resort. I felt really safe there as well. My daughter and I stayed with two small children and we never once felt unsafe. They always checked for your resort tags when entering the resort. Also my grandson fell and scrapped his knee one day when he was running to get a bike. One of the guards came out of the guard shack and offered us something to clean it with and bandaids. I thought that was super nice. The only negative for me and this in no way reflects on the owner was that I purchased a drink at the beach bar and it was 13. And it was only a solo cup, not huge by any means. This was the most expensive drink I encountered our entire stay and we even visited Sea Pines abs Harbortown while we were there. The host was fantastic and very responsive to any questions.

We have stayed at this resort twice before, and this was our first time getting a first-floor unit. Game changer! It was amazing and Laura was a great communicator when we encountered a question regarding the condo check-in. We will be back!

Retired First Grade teacher who can't get enough of the beach! I lived for 20 years in Milford, Connecticut and could hear the waves and smell the salt air from my bedroom. I then moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to pursue my dream of teaching. My husband and I bought a small condo in Ocean City, Maryland 8 years ago and then decided to buy a villa in Hilton Head to play tennis,bike ride and hang at the beach during the off season. We spent our honeymoon in Hilton Head 45 years ago and have been visiting there ever since! I still can never get enough of the beach!

Why they chose this property

Living on the first floor truly has it's advantages. There are no elevators in this complex so not having to carry all your baggage up many flights of steps is great! It's a spacious villa with upgraded and modern decor.

What makes this property unique

Hardly have to leave property to enjoy a full out vacation.
