Beautiful, secluded, attached sunny Apartment of luxury home. Entire lower level with private entrance and deck to your disposal.
Incredible views of Mount Evans from every room. Nine acres of land with private trails to Adjacent Elk Meadow Park.
Fully equipped kitchen, Direct TV, Queen Size bed with Tempur- pedic mattress in the bedroom plus pull out sofa in the living room. 25 minute drive to Red Rock Amphitheatre, 10 minute drive to downtown Evergreen, 40 minute drive to downtown Denver, 1 hour to major ski resorts.

beautiful cabin!

photos do not do this cabin justice! the views were insane and the host is amazing and kind. they gave us updates on weather and road conditions since we are not from the area. we we’re snowed in and had to head to the airport at 4am. the plow truck wasn’t supposed to come until later in the day but host made sure they plowed the roads before we even woke up! they even made a little trail for us to walk to the car and removed snow from the vehicle which made it easier to defrost! amazing views and trails. had so much fun there! also cabin is so pretty and clean we really enjoyed our stay! book this cabin!!!

Great retreat!!!

My sister and I celebrated the new year with this amazing get away.. I have been to a lot of beautiful places, but this one ranks a high 10!! Thank you so much Alex and Mark for sharing your beautiful space. This one’s a keeper on my list of places to go!!

Pictures do not do the view justice!!

I stayed here with my boyfriend and 8 year old and it was perfect for us. We loved having a view with our morning coffee and the short hike up to the outlook area with the bench was easily navigated. The view is absolutely stunning. Don't skimp on the 4 wheel drive for sure though. We got to speak with both of the hosts and they were super nice and answered any questions that we had. I would book this place again in the future.

Beautiful Views in Mountains Close to Denver

Very nice apartment as part of the main house although you have all your own privacy and even a couple of trails right out the door for you. Beautiful mountain views and sunrises and sunsets. Apartment very well laid out with all you need for comfort and relaxation. If you go up in winter you will need a vehicle with 4WD or AWD if the weather is snowy. We will rent this place again. Very close to Denver but you feel like you are far away.

A great little escape.

I have to start my review by saying you really do need FWD to get up to the rental, it is a steep narrow road with switchbacks and no guard rail. This is mentioned in the listing but it’s easy to miss so I feel the need to mention it. Because of the driveway up (it was also a bad snowstorm weekend) we ended up opting to not leave the cabin for the whole weekend. Overall the views are amazing and we even saw a Fox out the window! You get that lovely “in the mountain” feel while not being too far from Denver. The cabin/lower unit provided space is very cute and built with beautiful beetle kill pine. The bed was relatively comfy (can’t speak for the pull out couch which is the second bed option) and the kitchen was decently well stocked for cooking (except for maybe not having foil/shrink wrap). The bathroom is also very nice and the whole unit is clean. Overall it was a cozy place that was a tad tricky to access (at the wrong time of year with a less than ideal car). Their neighbor helped us get on the road in the morning we left so he does get 5 stars for being a lovely snowstorm Angel.
