Crescent Sands B5, built in 1985, is a two bedroom, two bath ocean front condo located on the fifth floor. Condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Located in the popular Windy Hill part of North Myrtle beach, this condo is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joe's, Wings gift shop and much more!
Condo Rules:
A signed and completed rental agreement and photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking this property; Max capacity is strictly enforced
Person signing and staying must be at least 25 yrs old; House quiet hours are from 9pm-9am-strictly enforced.
A $300 Sec Dep Hold is reqd; Guest is responsible for securing property and its contents.
No golf carts/trailers/motorcycles/pets/events/loud music or smoking allowed.
