About this property

Experience instant relaxation when setting foot into this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This thoughtfully designed home has an open-plan with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all comprising one great room with a wall of windows looking out over the beautiful bay and ocean as well as a great view of Cape Lookout.
The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, and the dining area seats 10 (8 at a table, 2 more at a bar height counter). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 10. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and the bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds with both having a pull out twin size bed underneath. There is the option of sleeping an additional 2 guests on the murphy bed located in the media room upstairs. The room can be closed off with a full bathroom just right outside the door, so it is not only a great space for sleeping, but a great place to let the kids hang out while the adults share some quiet time together.
A private, covered hot tub awaits our guests on the back deck so it can be enjoyed during any kind of weather. The back deck also has a large outdoor dining table and a propane grill so this makes it another great space to gather around and spend time with your friends and family.
Beach access is less than a 5-minute walk away and you can feel confident walking to the beach down a paved, quiet neighborhood road.
Family Tides is designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. The layout caters to the needs of large groups, yet is perfect for a weekend getaway. Expansive views of the ocean and beach make this home perfect for year-round gatherings. We can’t wait to host you!

Great Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for our large family. The hot tub worked perfectly, house was stocked and ready for us when we got there. This is our second year here and we absolutely love the house and the management. They are always available for questions or issues you may have. We are excited to come back next year! Would love to have blinds or curtains on the windows in the kids room, and the extra room upstairs, but that’s all we can think of. Thank you for a great spring break!!

Beautiful location

This home was a perfect rental for a girls weekend trip. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and the few Netarts restaurants. The beds are really comfortable and there are plenty of linens. Our only gripe would be the shower water pressure and temperature. It’s non existent and could be warmer. But overall, not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed the home and all it had to offer.

Great time at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a great view and was sufficiently equipped. Some of the chairs at the dining room table need replacing. I understand half replaced last year and the other half will be replaced this year. That will be very nice. We really enjoyed having the playroom for our kids. Only issue where the number of stairs getting up to the living area. These are required to have such a great view. For older people they were a challenge. Having said that we are returning next year.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved staying here! Place was great for little kids and was a close walk to the beach, which made it fun to get out even in stormy weather. Thanks for letting us stay!
