Take a moment to feel the ambiance of coming down the road to the quaint village of Oceanside, imagine the sight of a lovely chateau on the edge of the ocean. When you enter this beautiful home you will be surprised and delighted at the first glance of the light colors and windows which view the entire coastline in front of the home. You will then delight in unpacking in the spacious kitchen open to the dining and living areas all with the same lovely views. To complete your arrival unpack in one of the lovely three bedrooms, 2 (upstairs) with beauty rest black queen size mattresses and master (on main level) with king size. Send the children or extra guest to one of four twin beds in the loft or south bedroom. Your master bedroom awaits with the same coastal view, private deck, attached en-suite Jacuzzi tub and shower. Sit back grab a glass of wine, complimentary bottle provided, and find your spot on the deck for the most beautiful sunsets on earth glowing over the three arch rocks. You will not be disappointed!

Best view in the area, well stocked kitchen and really comfortable beds. We had plenty of space and appreciated the binoculars and puzzles. We saw porpoise, surfers and fishing boats. It was beautiful and we loved hearing the ocean waves all night. Would stay here again.

A beautiful, comfortable home with an incredible view! We enjoyed walking the beach and watching the whales from the deck. The home was stocked with all of the necessities and more. Most definitely one of the best homes we’ve ever rented!

Awesome view, beautiful house, loved waking up and seeing the ocean! Kitchen was well stock (coffee, spices, even a bottle of wine!) everything you need and more. Beds were very comfortable. Switch on fireplace was nice on rainy, cool day Easy checkin and checkout. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Great Views. The beach access was difficult, but it was still a great rental. The house was stocked with all the basics you would expect and some additional items as well. Very nice home. We had a wide range of ages and other than moving a few decretive pieces out of reach of the baby, it was family friendly.

This place is a treasure. The house and location make for a perfect getaway to the Oregon coast. Shelly was very responsive and the house is well stocked for a great stay. Would highly recommend this place.

The Oregon owners Joyce and Maurice Lefore purchased the small blue cottage to the North of the home as a beach home for themselves. They soon fell in love with the area and Oregon Coast and purchased the property to the South and built the lovely Chateau by the Sea. In 2016 they moved to Washington State and decided to make the home into a vacation rental. The past three years the house has become a destination for vacationing beach families who enjoy the lovely Oregon coast.

Because the views are stunning and the location is directly on the beach. This property gives one a coastal experience of feeling immersed into beach life. You are feeling, sensing and watching an amazing experience in your ultimate comfort zone.
