Spaciously updated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just seconds from the beach and built for the perfect family Oregon Coast experience. With one king, four queens, and four twin beds, it comfortably sleeps 14+ people. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor, one bedroom on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms at ground level. With a large kitchen and living room, as well as a very spacious game room downstairs, there is plenty of space and comfort for entertaining. A few other perks are WIFI, flat screen TVs, a ping pong table, great water pressure :) and parking for 4 vehicles.

This Beach Retreat is on a quiet, dead end loop with close beach access. Soothing ocean sights and sounds along with fires on the beach, crabbing, fishing, and a private walkway to the beach all make this the perfect location and house for your Oregon Coast trip.

Lovely home in a lovely place!

We had everything we needed in this beautiful property where our family of twelve spent four nights and three days. There were perfect bedrooms for everyone and lots of open space for the whole family to be together. We all loved our time there!

Excellent for families

This home was so comfortable and inviting. We had 3 generations who completely enjoyed the spacious rooms, excellent kitchen equipment, and downstairs playroom. The beach was easy to access. It was a great location and we hope to go back.

Perfect for family

This beach house was a perfect stay for me and my family (several adult couples and five young children). The kitchen is awesome and game room was great for the kids. The beach is an easy walk down a path basically across the street. We would definitely come back!

Enjoyable

Our stay was wonderful! The kids had a safe place to ride bikes/scooter, easy access to beach, and lots of room to either play together or separate for individual activities. The adults had space to cook, visit, tele-work, and play cards. Lots of bathrooms made life much easier and more comfortable for all.

Wholesome friends weekend

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time coming down for a surf/coastal long weekend. Julie’s property had great shared spaces and amenities, lovely outdoor options with the hot tub and barbecue, and enough privacy for our group of 5 couples to all have our own spaces to recharge, as well. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach and the beautiful large windows letting natural light into the home - the location was unbelievable!

A perfect fit for our family!

This house has it all! Bedrooms are great with bathrooms adjoining, comfortable beds, plenty of extra bedding and nice pillows. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook a nice meal or whip up a quick lunch.The beach walk is about 5 minutes ( and I am not a fast walker!) and the beach is full of treasures.Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!Christy and family

Wonderful family stay

This was the perfect place for our 3 families to vacation together. Plenty of space for everyone and things to do in and around the home. The ping pong table was a big hit with everyone - kids and adults. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Home away from home

Great home away from home for our my mom, my brothers and their families, and mine! Perfect location - away from the crowds, but close enough to shops. The large kitchen was awesome for meal prep and serving. And the beach only being a quick walk away was icing on the cake. Highly recommend Julie’s house to anyone with a large group/family of any ages!

Great place!

This place was great for our annual family trip consisting of 3 children and 9 adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including two electric griddles). Julie responded right away to questions. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful memories made

This property could not have been more perfect for our family reunion celebration. 8 adults,6 kids ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years. There was something for everyone! Plenty of beds for the heads we had—even some extra! The kitchen was well stocked, with a second fridge downstairs. 2 large washing machines and 2 dryers was a very pleasant surprise! This property is so close to the beach that our 3 year old granddaughter could easily walk. We all agreed this was the PERFECT place for us. If the situation presents itself that we be back, we will definitely hope to reserve it!

Days at the beach

The family really enjoyed the stay at the this VRBO because of the wonderful beach access. The beach area was not crowded and very clean without trash. The hot tub was s very appreciated after some cool day winds on the beach. The spacious kitchen was also very handy for the 10 of us.

We had a gathering for my Moms 70th birthday of family including many kids 10 and under. This house was perfect for all ages and so spacious. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and the house is both unique but well updated and beautiful. Pictures dont do it justice! The upstairs master bedroom was huge and had great views and spacious bathroom. Everyone seemed to like their beds. The bottom floor had the best game/play room that kept the kids entertained the whole trip. Huttub was clean and relaxing. It was stocked with bedding and cozy blankets throughout the house. 2 sets of washer/dryers and with all of our family, we never ran out of hot water. We loved all of the windows with lots of natural light and the large dining table to fit all of us for large family meals. Julie was great throughout the process. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot for families

We had our family all comfortably fit in the house. 7 adults and 7 kids. The kids loved the downstairs with all the games and mostly kept to themselves down there while the adults enjoyed the upper two levels. We loved the neighborhood and the neighbors to the North of us. It was a quiet location with amazing beach access. We would love to re visit this property

Oregon family reunion

Had a good time at our family reunion at this location in rockaway. The beach was just a couple min walk from the house. Enough beds for all of us. No AC but rooms had fans in them. Basement rooms are humid, and you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Loved being in Oregon, thank you!

House was lovely big space for everybody only concern was basement smelled pretty musty. a couple of our family members couldn't be down there without feeling uncomfortable didn't get sick just worried. Beach was close spacious and not crowded. Overall great family retreat

Wonderful place

Another wonderful stay at this Rockaway gem! 5 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of dishes and cookware, large refrigerator and another downstairs in a great game room with ping pong table and video games plus little kid toys. Plenty of beach chairs and toys and a cooler for beach trips. Lots of towels and beach towels. And another plus, shampoo and conditioner and soap in every bathroom plus plenty of TP and paper towels…something I appreciate and something that fewer rentals are providing.

Birthday getaway

This is the second year we have rented this house for my birthday weekend. My family now refers to it as the birthday house. It is just a short walking path away from the beach, and for those rainy days that are bound to happen in March, this house has plenty of toys, games and a ping pong table to stay entertained inside.

Great family home

Wonderful home that furnished everything you need! Lots of cookware and plenty of dishes and cups that aren’t all breakable! Hot tub was a great spot in the evening. Close to beach and we used the wheelbarrow and all the beach chairs and the sand toys everyday…so nice to have those available. Older kids played the Nintendo and the littles played with the other toys and the kids rode their bikes on the quiet street. House was clean and beds were comfortable and plenty of towels! We hope to rent nice house again.

Fantastic Property

We are so glad we chose this property for our annual family summer getaway. The house was perfect for our four families. Lots of room to spread out and a spacious area for us to all gather together. The game room was a plus for the kids to have space just to play. The house was absolutely as advertised. Large kitchen with all the amenities. And, closer to the beach than we even expected via a short, easy walk and not crowded. The house was clean and well cared for and all our needs were met and didn't need to reach out to Julie for anything. Thanks for a great stay!

They’ve thought of everything!

Often when we book a vacation home for a large group, everyone will have a bed, but not everyone may have a fork. This place was stocked! Big serving bowls, two large griddles for cooking, plenty of plates cups, bowls and flatware. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, hot tub, I could go on and on. The location was great, two minute walk to the quiet beach and a quick drive to the cute shops in Rockaway Beach. Julie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful gathering of our family of 10 at this great beach house. Perfect location near the beach and town. The house is well laid out with lots of space for everyone. We had a power outage, due to weather, the first 22 hours we were there and the owners graciously refunded us one night. We had to find an open grocery store to buy some candles, matches and lithium lanterns. We did have food to eat, which we heated up on the barbeque grill out back. What the owners weren't able to help us with, their wonderful neighbor did. We had a great time in this wonderful house.

Excellent and Well Stocked

The location of this house is excellent. An easy walk for all ages. It is well equipped with beach equipment, toys and chairs. There’s plenty of towels and toiletries, and the kitchen is the most well stocked of any rental I’ve ever stayed at. The house was spacious and lovely. I wish the pass through aspect of the one bedroom was a bit more obvious on the listing photos. It made sleeping arrangements interesting because we had a full house and young kids, but likely wouldn’t be an issue for many smaller groups or different age ranges. Overall though, the house was great and the owner was easy to work with and very communicative and friendly.
