Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We are located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

What a great place to stay for a few days! Super clean, everything you need is there and so close to beach and downtown Carlsbad! We parked and walked everywhere we needed to go for 3 days! Set up our chairs on the beach and could walk back for lunch and dinner and ended the day with sunset on the beach! We will be back!

Great location and very clean. The reasons for 4 stars are the bedroom needs a dresser and there are no towel hooks in bath and kitchen. Would like a 2 bedroom for our next visit.

Great place in a great location

I really loved being walking distance to most everything in Carlsbad. I was able to park my car either in the parking area designated for my unit or on the street right in front. This place was very clean and had all that I needed to enjoy my Thanksgiving week with family that live in Carlsbad. Would rent again just based on location alone. I could see sunsets from my front patio.

As Good As It Gets

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here in different units. this one upstairs. 1 block from beach and walking distance to food, desserts, coffee, just about anything you desire. We will stay again in the future. All the amenities you need in a unit with Pool and equipment for the beach.

Our unit met our needs and expectations. Great location, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, nice outdoor patio. The only weird thing was some of the kitchen cabinets. You had to be a tall person to get things out of them or use the step stool. Overall we were satisfied though.

The only suggestion we had is that since we had a four week stay there we’re very scarce cleaning products. For example bathroom cleaning products. Otherwise a great experience and we would book there again if the opportunity comes up

Carlsbad vacation

This was a great place to stay, convenient to beach and Carlsbad Village. One thing to note - the bathtub/shower needs a non-slip mat and perhaps a handle in it as the surface was very slippery and my husband fell and had a difficult time getting up.

Close to the beach/condo had roaches

The condo was beautiful and looked very clean. The second day we noticed roaches in drawers and all over the kitchen at night. This made it super uncomfortable for us we don't normally complain but roaches is a big problem to us.
