en dehors de la tv et du wifi absents, d un morceau de mur de l entrée dont le papier avait été arraché suite à un dégât des eaux, de l accès à l appartement assez épuisant par un escalier étroit et raide, graves nuisances sonores occasionnées par le vrombissement des évacuations d air de deux restaurants situées sous les fenêtres d une des chambres et donc nuits blanches les deux nuits blanches passées Eprouvant

Nous sommes désolés mais c'est la 1ère fois depuis 2015 que nous avons une mauvaise appréciation sur un appartement idéalement situé et aux très belles prestations. En effet, nous avons exceptionnellement un problème avec ORANGE coupant l'internet et la TV, c'est exceptionnel car la fibre n'a pu être raccordée à temps. Nous vous avions prévenu. De plus, nous n'avons jamais eu de réclamations sur de quelconques bruits extérieurs liés à une ventilation. Notre appartement est situé face au Normandy avec une situation au calme exceptionnelle. Nous sommes désolés mais cela ne reflète pas du tout nos commentaires depuis 8 ans que nous sommes propriétaires, les appréciations passées sur le site en témoignent.

Spacieux et tout confort, très bien équipé

Très bien situé en cœur de ville, seul inconvénient les escaliers d'accès à l'appartement . 51 marches assez hautes étroites donc pas faciles et pas entretenues, équivalent à 3 étages. Nous y sommes allés pour une thalasso située à proximité on peut y aller à pieds.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée Eliane dans ans ce logement très bien situé et très bien équipé. Le logement est vraiment adapté pour des enfants avec un espace de vie ouvert entre la cuisine et le salon. Et à 2 min à pied de la plage et de tous les commerces.

Ns avons passé un we très agréable et charmant ! Ns avons réservé le vendredi matin pr une arrivée en fin d’am...réactivité au top des propriétaires ! L’appart est très cosy, très bien insonorisé, face au bel hôtel Le Normandy, à 3 mn des plages, il y a ts ce qu il faut dedans pr y séjourner agréablement, plus qu’à l’hôtel finalement, (ns qui adorons les séjours à l’hôte) des petites intentions bien sympathiques, en plein centre, ttes les commodités juste en bas ... On a qu’une envie.....c’est d’y retourner ! Et très vite ! Un grand merci également à Margot pr sa gentillesse et sa réactivité, c’est elle qui s’est occupée gentiment de notre arrivée, de notre départ et de faire en sorte que ce soit un we ss aucun souci !

Un appartement superbement bien situé au coeur de Deauville (commerces, restaurants, plage) sans subir des inconvénients d'être en centre ville (bruits). Les pièces sont bien distribuées et décorées avec beaucoup de goûts. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants/ados. Nous avons passé 3 nuits très agréables dans cet appartement que je recommande sans hésiter.

amazing apartment

This was quite a lovely , luxurious, well stocked and well appointed apartment in the very heart of Deauville. It was clean, spacious, and easy walking to restaurants and shops. It was a little bit of a walk to the market and to the wine shop, but hey, we needed the exercise with all that good food. I had not dealt with a direct pay before, and found that a little difficult to navigate. We had always paid HomeAway directly. The wire transfers to the owner, while in reality not a big deal, were a bit confusing for us as first time users of a direct pay apartment. We had to have our bank directly wire Euro to the owner. It just took a bit of time and patience on our part to arrange this, since I had not done before. But the apartment is just as pictured, and once again, very lovely vacation home for a week for us. And the owner was most kind to be patient with our wired payments.
