Charming house with a beach-view.

Ms. Tricot's house is really large, well functioning and yet stylish and cosy. The master bedroom at 2. floor provides a magnificent view over the beach and "the planks" of Deauville. We were 6 persons of 3 generations, who really enjoyed our stay in spite of the changing weather. The 2 bathrooms plus a a separate WC makes things easy. The kitchen is a bit small, if more than 1 chef is going to work at the same time. A positive surprise was the noise reduction between the rooms and levels of the house. The property is situated in a neigthbourhood locked by a barrier preventing non-authorized car traffic. There's an integrated garage in the ground floor with direct access to the living room. I you bring more than one car, the second must park outside the area. The marina area surrounding the property is protected against the tide with a lock. It can be reached within 5 minutes of walk. At low tide it provides an excellent view plus a shortcut to the beach. Wi-fi is excellent. Ms Tricot writes and speaks really good English. In our case however, she vas not able to be at the spot, so we were welcomed by a very friendly and serviceminded lady. Unfortunately we don't speak french at all, and the lady did not speak a word English. An emberrasing problem turned up, as we discovered, that the owner expected - very reasonable - a cash desposit for possible damage during our stay. As citizens of a non-euro country, we were not able to provide the amount of cash, that she needed. The problem was solved thanks to the landladys courtesy. However, a better solution for foreigners would have been, if the bureau would have been able to reserve the amount on our credit card - the same method used by car rental companies all over the world.

Wunderbare Lage, wunderbares Haus

Die Lage im Hafen am Wasser ist echt topp. Absolut ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat verschiedene Zimmer auf drei Stockwerken. Vom oberen Stock hat man direkten Blick aus dem Bett auf den Strand, das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Es ist wunderschön im Wohnzimmer zu sitzen, den vorbeifahrenden Booten und den Reitern der Pferde am Strand zuzusehen. Die Abendsonne gibt ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Praktisch war auch die eigene Garage im Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine war auch da. Die Vermieterin Marie-Claude kümmerte sich sehr gut um unsere Anliegen. Herzlich, engagiert und immer erreichbar. Sie gab uns auch persönliche Ausflugstipps. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr wohl und empfehlen dieses Haus wärmstens für einen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser tollen, großen Wohnung sehr genossen (direkt am Wasser, über 3 Stockwerke, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, sep. WC). Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht, selbst ein Drucker steht zur Verfügung, falls man z.B. ein Ticket ausdrucken will. Schnelles Internet! Die Garage ist direkt an der Wohnung mit direktem Zugang, ist für große Autos etwas eng, es ging aber. Die Kommunikation mit Madame Tricot war hervorragend - vielen Dank für die Unterstützung!

auch im Winter gemütlich

wir haben eine Woche über Silvester in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft verbracht. Es war angenehm warm im Haus, der Blick auf das Meer, die Planken und am Abend auf das beleuchtete Deauville sind ein Traum. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und die Garage direkt am Haus war ausreichend groß. Es ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern. Ich kann das Haus wirklich empfehlen!!!

Beautiful house on beautiful location; 5mins walk to the beach and to city centre.

Beautiful house, situated in the middle of the Deauville Marina with a spectacular view on the port, the beach and the ocean. Lots of walks to city center and many many very beautiful tasty restaurants. Shopping is fun too. The beach is presumably less than 5mins walk from the house. What would help is to have blinds or screens for the windows for 2 reasons: 1. when it is a very sunny day it might get hot inside. 2. when dark outside, one can very well see what's happening inside; also on the intermezzo floor. But over all the location is worth its money.

Tolles Ambiente

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit einer sehr guten Innenausstattung und räumlichen Anordungen. Es war zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiß. (z.T. 36 °C) Es wäre daher zu empfehlen, für eine Abschottung aller Räume auf der Sonnenseite zu sorgen. Im Wohn - und Esszimmer sind diese nicht vorhanden. Wir konnten uns daher während des Tages dort nicht aufhalten. Selbst am Abend war es dort noch immer sehr aufgeheizt,. Trotz allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Une superbe vue sur la plage !

Très belle maison proche de la plage. La maison est très bien située et bien équipée. L'une des chambres donne accès à une superbe vue sur la plage. Au cours de notre séjour nous avons pu observer de superbe coucher de soleil à partir de la maison. Nous avons également pu voir les chevaux au bord de la plage car il y a un poney-club à côté. Le voisinage est très calme. La maison est au large d'un ponton donnant accès aux bateaux des particuliers. Nous avons été très bien accueillit et espérons revenir au plus vite.

Sehr hübsches Haus in der Marina von Deauville, in einem Schlafzimmer spektakulärer Blick über den Strand von Deauville, unten im Wohnbereich sieht man die vorüber fahrenden Schiffe. Die ganze Ausstattung ist stilvoll und bestens in Schuss. Man kann seinen Liegestuhl auch auf den Steg stellen.

Très dépaysant. Il ne manque que le bâteau!

Location très claire, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Les équipements sont récents. L'une des chambres possède une vue inoubliable sur la plage de Deauville. Il faut prévoir à l'avance un mécanisme d'attribution (ou de rotation?) pour éviter les disputes ;-) Penser à prendre des vélos, cela rend le séjour plus agréable et plus écologique, en permettant de surcroit au véhicule de se reposer dans le box attenant à la location.

La marina est très bien située et facile d'accès. Déco sympa dans le style bord de mer avec tout le confort nécessaire. Equipement top, confortable et très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour relaxant et très déconnectant face à cette vue imprenable sur les célèbres planches de Deauville. Idéalement situé dans la Marina de Deauville, proche du centre ville. Les bateaux de particuliers vont et viennent devant les grandes baies du séjour. Sentiment de tranquillité et de calme, au fil de l'eau. L'appartement/maison est décoré avec goût, l'équipement électroménager est complet, la vaisselle est jolie. Tous les ingrédients pour un séjour heureux. Accueil chaleureux.
