De ligging van het huis is fantastisch, niet alleen het uitzicht op de landerije ...

De ligging van het huis is fantastisch, niet alleen het uitzicht op de landerijen maar ook de buitenplaats, de ruimte om het huis met het fijne zwembad zijn geweldig. De ruimte in het huis is nog beter dan verwacht, zeker voor 4 personen. Er ontbreken wel wat voorzieningen die het verblijf nog prettiger zouden maken zoals een vaatwasser en horren voor de ramen (het is wel een vliegenparadijs). Deze kleine ongemakken wegen zeker niet op tegen de vele pluspunten van dit huis met haar geweldige ligging.

Maison très bien équipée et propre à notre arrivée, très bon accueil. Située au calme, entourée de verdure, tout y est pour les amoureux de la nature. Maison entourée d'une très belle vue. Belle piscine dont nous avons profité tous les jours. Calme absolu, que du bonheur. Supermarché, boucherie, boulangerie à la coquille très appréciés ainsi que les nombreuses visites alentour : Thiviers et son beau marché le samedi matin, beaux petits villages à découvrir tels que Jumilhac et son château très intéressant, Mialet et son lac, Brantôme, Limoges... Seul petit bémol, la télévision ne diffuse pas en français mais cela ne nous a pas manqué surtout en été. Peut être à prévoir un ventilateur dans les chambres pour les jours de grande canicule. A refaire sans aucune hésitation. M et P - Nord 59

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée et agréable (on s'y sent comme chez soi). Maison située dans un très bel environnement verdoyant. Piscine très bien. Tout est parfait pour les amoureux de la nature, du calme (proche de la ferme et des animaux). Pas loin de Thiviers où le marché est très sympa. Plusieurs visites de sites tels que Limoges, Nontron, Lac de Miallet, Ruines d'Abbaye, châteaux sans oublier celui de Jumilhac, petites villages et restaurants sympa. A refaire sans hésitation.

Het huisje is mooi gelegen met een prachtige tuin en zwembad. Helaas hebben wij hier totaal niet van kunnen genieten omdat het in en om het huis stikt van de vliegen. Omdat er geen horren zijn zit het binnen ook helemaal vol met beesten. Wij zijn elke dag van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat bezig geweest met vliegen jagen en hebben helaas weinig van onze vakantie kunnen genieten. Verhuurder was niet bereid ons hier enige compensatie voor te bieden. Na een korte week hadden we er genoeg van en zijn we een aantal dagen eerder vertrokken naar huis dan gepland.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad op deze prachtige en mooi privé gelegen stek. Praktisch en comfortabel ingericht huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je van rust houdt is dit een aanrader. Met bovendien een heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht op landerijen met koeien en paarden.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat einen herrlichen Garten. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist allerdings nur für eine Familie geeignet, da die Raumaufteilung für mehrere Erwachsene nach unserer Meinung ungeeignet ist. Im Haus ist alles was man so braucht. Ein TV-Gerät mit Sendern verschiedener Sprachen ist auch vorhanden, ebenso wie freies WLAN. Was ein wenig störend ist, ist die gelegentliche Vielzahl der Insekten aufgrund der Kühe, die unmittelbar am Grundstück weiden. Dafür entschädigt die unbeschreibliche Ruhe, die dort herrscht und der wunderschöne Ausblick von der Terrasse. Ca. 2 km vom Haus kann man alles für den täglichen Gebrauch kaufen. In der näheren Umgebung kann man spazieren gehen und Radtouren machen, wozu die Räder vor Ort aber nur bedingt geeignet sind.

Het huis is prachtig gelegen, we werden fantastisch welkom geheten door Mario (die echt alles doet om je het naar de zin te maken) en door de bewoner door middel van een lief kaartje en een attentie. Het huisje van binnen was ook super, authentiek maar toch van alle gemakken voor zien. Er lagen folders zodat je wist wat er allemaal te doen was in de omgeving, maar ook tips voor restaurants. En er is in de omgeving ook veel moois te bezoeken en beleven. Maar een dag gewoon heerlijk geniet van de tuin, met zwembad is ook een aanrader.

De eigenaars van het huis hebben ons een maand voor onze aankomst een mail gestuurd met heel wat extra informatie (inventaris, routebeschrijving, tips voor restaurants e.d.). Zeer fijn om dit op voorhand al te mogen ontvangen. Het huis is zeer karaktervol en de tuin met zwembad biedt een grote meerwaarde, zeker als het mooi weer is. Wij hebben genoten van de gezellige sfeer, zowel binnen als buiten.

Rust/ruimte en veel privacy is wat je vindt in Magondeau nabijgelegen boerderijen ('buren' dus) liggen op zeker honderd meter van de woning. Mooi uitzicht, ruime tuin en het zwembad is fraai gelegen. Het huis is prettig ingericht, precies wat je nodig hebt tijdens een vakantie. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad, de tafeltennistafel, het jeu-de-boules, de dieren (koeien) en de vleermuizen. Het nabijgelegen dorpje La Coquille ligt op prettige (fiets-) afstand en daar zijn een bakker en supermarkt aanwezig. Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Comfortabel huis met prachtig uitzicht op heuvels, vee, boerderijen en veel groen. Huis met heerlijke grote tuin en zwembad. Veel privacy omdat het huis op een heuvel staat met als buren enkele boerderijen. Zwembad is ruim en voor groot deel diep. (Minder geschikt voor families met zeer kleine kinderen heerlijk met kinderen die zwemdiploma hebben). Zwembad ligt niet direct aan het huis, maar in de ruime tuin. Er een leuke tafeltennistafel. Omgeving is prima geschikt voor gebruik van mountainbikes. Wij hadden zelf fietsen meegenomen, maar er waren 2 fietsen aanwezig toen wij er waren. Leuke omgeving en mooie afwisselende natuur. In de omgeving kan er prima gekanood worden.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is prachtig gelegen en ziet er ...

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is prachtig gelegen en ziet er van buiten zeer pittoresk uit. Het zwembad is prima. Helaas hebben wij door wat minder weer hier niet optimaal van kunnen genieten. Voor een gezin met een jong kind (10 maanden) is het huis wat minder geschikt. Het terrein is veel glooiender dan wij op de foto's vooraf hadden ingeschat en de stenen vloer is voor een kruiper vrij koud. Het interieur is compleet maar aan vernieuwing toe. Alles is enigszins verouderd vinden wij voor de prijs die je voor een week voor dit huis betaald. De tv (welke op de foto's op de website zichtbaar is) is niet aangesloten en is er alleen voor het afspelen van een dvd. Dit mag beter worden aangegeven.

Dit prachtige huis ligt op een locatie verscholen tussen weilanden en boerderijtjes. De koeien staan 's ochtends naast het huis. Het zeer verzorgde huis ligt op een heuvel en kijkt dus uit op weilanden en boerderijen. Door de ligging en door het aanwezige struikgewas en bomen is er sprake van 100% privacy. In de tuin (bij ons in Utrecht zouden ze het een park noemen) is een vrij groot zwembad. Wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 3 jaar) hebben ons er prima vermaakt, we zijn veel bij het huis gebleven.

We hebben een fantastische week beleefd in dit prachtige stukje heuvelachtige Périgord Vert. Het schitterende weer heeft daar uiteraard in hoge mate toe bijgedragen, maar evenzeer de bijzonder mooie en rustige ligging van het verblijf, voor wie van de natuur en privacy houdt. De eigenaars hadden bij wijze van verwelkoming een fles wijn en artisanaal fruitsap laten klaarzetten, dat is altijd prettig! Het huisje is sober qua comfortvoorzieningen maar zeer gezellig en sfeervol ingericht, perfect voor een leuk vakantiegevoel. Ondanks de rustige ligging zijn het dorp en de winkels niet ver af, ideaal voor wie 's ochtends graag met de fiets om stokbrood rijdt.
