Description - Spacious, comfortable and clean! Kitchen fully furnished, towels, sheets, beds, king-size in MBR, full and twin bed in second BR. WI-FI-TV. Comfortably furnished and decorated with artwork, oak dining set and lots of special touches. This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this rental. The location is minutes from anywhere you want to go! It has new flooring from the last time we stayed in the living room, dining room and hallway.
