About this property

August Ringling Room - Stay in a piece of Sarasota history - Downtown & Beaches

Just minutes from beautiful Sarasota Bay and lovely beaches! This upstairs guest room, a 1 BR king with private bath, is located near downtown Sarasota and the beaches. Five minutes to downtown, 5 minute drive to Lido Key Beach, close to Siesta Key! The Reserve Retreat boasts onsite restaurant, coffee and tea shop, craft beer and wine bar, and an upscale restaurant open for dinner 7 days a week. Complimentary coffee in Jessie's Café & Coffee Wed-Sun from 8am-2pm.

We have two on-site restaurants! Jessie's Café & Coffee with Mexican and American fare breakfast and lunch from 8a-2p. Eat indoors at The Café or outdoors on our lovely courtyard.

The Reserve Kitchen by Chef Antonio is open 7 days a week. Dinner is served daily from 4:30-9:30pm. Enjoy lunch on Saturday and Sunday from noon-4. Dinner and lunch are served in a more formal setting in the lovely dining room.

The Reserve Retreat is a landmark property, steeped in Sarasota's rich art and cultural heritage. The three buildings were part of circus magnate Charles Ringling's estate before his mansion was built. At various times, it was a boarding house and a circus performance venue. Today, it is a redeveloped gorgeous property with three buildings on a single parcel joined by a beautiful outdoor courtyard. It is across the street from the Sarasota Bay and just minutes to Downtown, and both Lido Key and Siesta Key beaches!

Conveniently located near downtown Sarasota, the beaches, St. Armand's Circle, many performing arts venues, restaurants, and more! A great Sarasota escape close to the arts and nature and much more.

Washer and dryer on-site, too. Beach chairs and beach towels can be checked out for your convenience. Too many great points to list here!
