Every detail in our 1925 old Florida home has been preserved and enhanced. You'll love being nestled in the treetops of Julia Place’s magical, lush surroundings. This is the entire second floor unit of our home, with its own private outdoor entrance.

Laurel Park is the coolest neighborhood in Sarasota. Julia Place is walkable to the bay front and all of the best bars and restaurants in the city.

Stroll around Laurel Park, with numerous historic buildings that radiate funky, artistic charm. The area is historic yet hip and most importantly, welcoming. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Great place with peraonality

Five stars! And I don’t say that lightly, as we had a few rental disasters lately. The place was exactly as described. Lovely welcome! It was clean and neat. It was perfectly decorated. It was so cute. It was in a lovely neighborhood with interesting houses. We felt completely safe walking to and from the home from Main Street. Our host was good at communicating. We would absolutely stay here again.
