Capannole is a small, idyllic hamlet in the heart of the Chianti Classico, set within one of Tuscany’s most beautiful landscapes. The views stretch across rolling hills covered with vineyards, olive groves, parish churches and charming villages. The hamlet consists of just eleven stone houses dating back to the 15th century and offers a peaceful, authentic atmosphere. A large shared pool with views of nearby Radda in Chianti invites guests to relax and unwind.



The charming towns of Radda and Gaiole are both about a 10-minute drive away and offer a good selection of restaurants, small shops and a Coop supermarket. Bicycle rental shops are also available for those wishing to explore the iconic Chianti roads on two wheels. The surrounding countryside is home to renowned wineries such as Le Miccine and Tenuta di Carleone, perfect for relaxed wine tastings. Capannole is also an ideal base for day trips to Siena, Arezzo, Florence and the beautiful Val d’Orcia.

About the villa

Dionisia is a charming single-storey villa with a furnished loggia terrace, perfect for relaxed meals and drinks al fresco. A pretty lawned garden with hedges and fragrant flower beds invites you to unwind, along with a second terrace under a pergola overlooking the vineyards. Inside, wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and comfortable furnishings create a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
